Krista has practiced exclusively family law in Alberta since 2019, moving from Regina Saskatchewan in which she was called to the bar in 2018. Krista completed her Bachelor of Arts Honours at Queen’s University in 2014 and Juris Doctor at the University of Saskatchewan in 2017.  

Krista has extensive court experience, having appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal. 

In her practice, Krista regularly advises clients on separation, divorce, child and spousal support, decision-making and parenting arrangements. Krista has experience negotiating and drafting Prenuptial, Cohabitation and Separation Agreements, tailored to each client’s respective needs. She also has extensive experience representing clients through various forms of alternative dispute resolution processes including mediation, arbitration, and parent coordination.
