Sunaina is focused on creating solutions that will help achieve her clients’ long-term goals, without introducing additional conflict into their lives. Sunaina takes a practical and compassionate approach to family law matters and strongly believes that methods of alternative dispute resolution should be explored prior to Court intervention. Sunaina also understands that Court intervention is sometimes necessary, which has led her to successfully litigate in both the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench. She has also successfully advocated for her clients in both English and Punjabi.
In her free time Sunaina enjoys discovering new restaurants, spending time with friends, and trying out new recipes.
