Schedule of Fees

Expedited Hearings

Expedited Hearings, including review of documents/Affidavits (if any), attendance for hearing, and preparation and delivery of written decision (abbreviated reasons) and draft Consent Order:

  • One hour hearing: $1500
  • Half day hearing (Up to 2.5 hours): $3,000

Regular Hearings

Regular Hearings, including the review of documents/Affidavits, attendance for hearing, review of legal briefs and case law, and preparation and delivery of written decision (abbreviated reasons) and draft Consent Order:

  • Half Day hearing (approximately 2.5 hours): $7,500
  • Full Day hearing (Approximately 5 hours): $10,000

(Please note that all rates are exclusive of GST of 5%)

WK Family Law reserves the right to increase the fees should unexpected issues/difficulties arise (e.g. adjournments required, full reasons requested). Notice will be given should the fees require an increase.
